Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Dispatcher is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls. This position is also responsible for managing resources making certain that all calls are answered in a timely manner. The dispatcher also has to enter call information in the computer and make certain that all documentation is completed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer Preferred Education Associates Degree Preferred Experience N/A Preferred Registration/License/Certification BLS within 90 days Other Requirements N/A
