Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer order request(s) and project deadlines. Monitor for on-time delivery schedules and job updates throughout the day. Coordinate driver availability. Take material orders and communicate the same with staff members. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and order entries. Assist in optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience dispatching sand and gravel. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in dispatching software or GPS tracking systems is a plus.
