Dispatcher Onsite Anthem AZ 20/hr + Bonus no weekends morning

Plumbing Service company is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a background in the home services industry. This role is responsible for coordinating technicians, managing call flow, maximizing scheduling efficiency, and delivering a high-level customer experience from the first phone call through job completion. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or other home service industries is highly preferred.

$20/hr based on experience+ bonus ( pay increase up to $30 once converted to perm. )

Onsite - Anthem, AZ 85086

Schedule:

M-F, 7am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient technician dispatching — Schedule and route service/install techs to maximize productivity and minimize drive time
• Customer call management — Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Real-time schedule oversight — Monitor technician progress and adjust daily schedules as needed
• Technician communication — Provide clear job details, updates, and expectations
• Emergency request prioritization — Support after-hours and urgent service coordination
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and updates
• Confirm appointments and maintain proactive customer communication
