Full Job Description LSN Traffic Barricade Dispatcher Location:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
Job Type:
Full-Time Position Overview LSN Traffic Control is seeking a dependable and organized Traffic Barricade Dispatcher to coordinate daily traffic control operations. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching crews, vehicles, and equipment to job sites, communicating with field personnel and customers, and ensuring projects are staffed and equipped to meet operational needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch traffic control crews, vehicles, and equipment to job sites. Coordinate daily work assignments and communicate schedules to field personnel. Monitor project status and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact between customers, project managers, and field crews. Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, equipment assignments, and project documentation. Track equipment availability and assist with fleet and inventory coordination. Respond to schedule changes, emergencies, and last-minute customer requests. Ensure company operations comply with safety standards and customer requirements. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Comply with all safety requirements both internally and externally (i.e. wearing all required PPE when in the field).
Qualifications Required :
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum of 1 year of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, construction coordination, or related experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening Must meet all federal DOT requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Must have
ATSSA TCT
Certification Preferred :
1-2 years experience in traffic control, roadway construction, utility construction, or related industries. Experience with TCR software. Familiarity with traffic control operations and industry terminology.
