RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care
• Scheduling and route planning, tracking and monitoring, and documentation
• Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed record of calls, shipments, and driver logs
• Ensuring timely and efficient operations, while prioritizing safety and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• 1-2 years in the transportation industry, with focus on domestic trucking
• High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
