What You'll Do Dispatch and schedule service technicians efficiently throughout the day Mange closes out technicians, assuring information, parts, and pay are correct Utilize Service Titan to schedule jobs, manage technician workflows, and update job statuses Update clients on appointment times Handle schedule changes, emergencies, and priority calls with confidence Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up What We're Looking For Previous dispatcher experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar) Hands-on experience with Service Titan (required) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Why Cool Willy's?
