Dispatch Coordinator

is looking for someone to help run the flow of our service side operations. This is not just an "answer the phones" office position. The right person will help coordinate crews, communicate with customers, and make sure jobs are prepared and scheduled properly. We are a long-time local well drilling and pump company based in San Luis Obispo County. We handle everything from no water emergencies to full pump and water system installations. Main Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls Gather job information and help prioritize service calls Schedule and coordinate field crews Communicate with customers about scheduling and updates Help make sure jobs are ready before crews head out Coordinate with operations on parts and job preparation Keep daily and upcoming schedules organized Help handle emergencies and schedule changes as they come up What We Are Looking For Organized and dependable Able to handle multiple moving parts at once Good communication skills with both customers and crews Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Willing to learn the water well and pump industry Full-time availability required (40 hours/week) Experience in the well or pump industry is not required, but construction, service, scheduling, dispatch, or operations experience is a plus. Pay:
