Full Job Description Position Overview:

Golden Empire Towing is seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This position is crucial to ensuring efficient towing operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of dispatching experience and be able to work on-site during our designated hours.

Shift Schedule:

Weekdays:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Weekends:

Occasional Overtime:

Occasional Key Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers and partners. Coordinate and dispatch tow trucks to various locations efficiently. Maintain clear communication with tow truck operators and provide them with relevant information. Monitor and manage the status of ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and service requests. Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch processes and enhance service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the towing or automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using dispatch software and technology. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
