Rowell's Services is looking for a Dispatcher who : Has knowledge/experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Septic or Drain Can work flexible/rotational hours between 7am and 6pm Can prioritize scheduled calls with ease Can connect the correct service expert with the appropriate call Minimizes travel time between customer and Rowell's expert as much as possible Has excellent communication skills Is detail oriented Is computer savvy/tech literate Is willing to learn, is resourceful and is able to work with little supervision Is self motivated and willing to work as part of a team Previous Service Titan knowledge and training is a BONUS!
