Job Description

Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in routing or dispatching (event rental industry experience preferred). Candidates with dispatching experience outside of the industry will be considered if they demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. Must be flexible with scheduling; this is a fast-paced environment that requires availability for weekends and extended hours as needed. Key Responsibilities Support the Furnishings Supervisor in coordinating and dispatching crews efficiently each morning. Ensure drivers and crew leads have all necessary job details prior to departure, including timing, diagrams, and any critical notes from the Sales team. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with general day-to-day functions within the department as needed. Support warehouse operations, including prepping and pulling orders, as well as loading and unloading daily deliveries. Provide cross-departmental support when required to meet operational demands. Growth Opportunity Opportunity to train in routing, scheduling, and labor coordination alongside the Furnishings Supervisor. This is a full-time position with a clear path to grow into a key leadership role as the second-in-command within the Furnishings Department. Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
