Job Description

Dispatch & Accounting Coordinator About Us We are a growing service-based company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily technician schedules, managing customer communication, and supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and enjoys being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch & Operations Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and installations Coordinate technician routes and daily workloads Communicate with customers regarding appointments, scheduling updates, and service status Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and service documentation Accounts Receivable Generate and send customer invoices Process customer payments and maintain payment records Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile vendor statements Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation Assist with month-end accounting processes Administrative Support Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Maintain accurate data within company software systems Support management with reporting and operational tasks Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of dispatching, customer service, accounting, or office administration experience Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, or similar software is a plus Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid time off 401k Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday In-office position Why Join Us?
