Dispatcher- Commercial Service Dept Royal Aire Heating, Air Conditioning & Solar Chico, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer service High school diploma or GED Dispatching HVAC Typing Office experience Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable individual with a pleasant and professional attitude to take phone calls and schedule appointments in our growing HVAC commercial department. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year office experience. Experience in a dispatch setting is a big plus. Applicants should be comfortable with high volume calls.
Must have:
Minimum of high school degree or equivalent Strong customer service skills A team oriented mind set Ability to multi-task Ability as a self starter Attention to detail HVAC knowledge and familiarity with local area a plus •Competitive wages •Part time position with opportunity to grow
