While there is no confirmed start date at this time, we are looking to identify qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Monitor and respond to email communications Assist brokers with questions regarding pickup status and scheduling Maintain accurate records of scheduled pickups and supporting documentation Use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) for communication and tracking Provide general administrative support to the LTL operations team Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook Strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret Bills of Lading (BOLs) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple email requests and deadlines Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in LTL, logistics, or transportation Familiarity with freight terminology and broker communications Experience with scheduling or dispatch coordination Position Details Full-time opportunity Start date to be determined Currently accepting resumes for review Monday -
