Job Description:
Ascending Eagle is looking for Dispatchers who are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. ????

Ascending Eagle | ???? 5am-3pm (M-F, onsite) Responsibilities Manage daily dispatch operations for employee drivers. Schedule and dispatch freight shipments using Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Monitor fleet operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate data entry for shipments, including tracking information and delivery schedules. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze routes for efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely handling of goods. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve transit issues. Maintain real-time accuracy in TMS and GPS dispatch systems (Samsara). Monitor load statuses in our routing system (Maxoptra). Ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) and Logbook regulations. Generate and manage dispatch-related reports. Partner with the Sales team to meet or exceed client expectations. Attend team meetings and meet performance KPIs consistently. Preferred Qualifications BA or BS Excel Why Join Ascending Eagle?
