Job Description

We are a small business in Lompoc, CA. We are professional, agile, inclusive and our goal is to promptly and efficiently bring top quality products and service to the 805 area.

Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Company perks Our organization is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Delivery Drivers, in taking orders of New product, resetting driver packages and maintain accuracy of inventory. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for training new staff, providing feedback and guidance to existing staff, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and team morale. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and an understanding of the dispatch and delivery process as well as inventory knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the staff. Ensure that all staff are adhering to company policies and procedures. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet customer demands. Maintain accurate records of all customer information. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve Inventory and operational efficiency. Provide training and guidance to new staff.
Pay:
$16.90 - $17.00 per hour
