Passenger Service Dispatcher ABM Industries - 3.1 Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $28.76 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Dispatching Full Job Description The Passenger Service Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.

$28.76 per hour
Schedule:
Must be open to work Split Schedule (A couple days AM and couple of days PM/Graveyard) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Military Occupational Specialty Code:
88N, 92A, LS, YN, 0411, 3531, 2T1X1, 2T2X1 Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email. Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules. Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s). Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules. Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage. Compile statistics and reports on work progress. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma, GED, or college degree required. 1 year of dispatching experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish. One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience. Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees. About Us ABM (
