Onsite Position Overview A leading logistics and transportation company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Air Freight Dispatchers to join its operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating air freight transportation, communicating with drivers and customers, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. Available Schedules AM Floater Dispatcher Wednesday- Sunday

2:30 PM Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled air freight pickups and deliveries. Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time service. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments. Respond to operational issues and provide timely resolutions. Update dispatch systems and maintain accurate shipment records. Verify routing, scheduling, and delivery information. Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations. Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience required; air freight, transportation, or logistics experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software.
