PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency communication activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic reporting tools to receive calls for service and route security-related personnel to incidents, priority requests, and routine assignments. Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in logs and reports, relaying timely updates to supervisors, client contacts, and/or emergency responders in a calm, problem-solving manner. Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and after-hours issues by gathering details, maintaining communication with field personnel, and helping to support orderly escalation when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrol support activities, including tracking officer status, monitoring coverage across the business and perimeter, and helping to maintain awareness of changing site conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
