• Responsibilities

• What You'll Do:

Monitor Systems:

• Oversee alarms, fire and security systems, access control, CCTV, CJIS Terminal, CLETS, and more. +

• Incident Tracking:

• Track and record all incidents with a chronological listing. +

• Emergency Coordination:

• Maintain communication with local and county dispatch centers, request mutual aid resources, and notify affected jurisdictions of events. +
• Operate 911

Systems:

• Handle 911 emergency calls and the Telephone Device for the Deaf (TDD). +

• Flexible Hours:

• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and remain on call for emergency duty. +

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required. +

• Certifications:

• ICS-100, ICS-200, NIMS IS-700, POST

  Basic Dispatch Academy), and First Aid/CPR or BLS certification required prior to appointment +

• Skills:

• Knowledge of standard office practices, report preparation, and emergency communication systems. Proficient with computers and MS Office applications. +

• Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
