Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$22-$25 per hour

Overview:

Seeking a Dispatch Routing Operator to support daily transportation operations. This role ensures routes, shuttles, and trips run on time while maintaining communication with drivers and staff. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor vehicle locations and route timing using dispatch/GPS software Confirm driver attendance and send reminders for upcoming assignments Coordinate schedules, route changes, and service adjustments Communicate updates clearly to drivers and internal teams Support incident response, delays, and breakdown coordination Prepare daily schedules and dispatch logs Qualifications Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with dispatch or vehicle tracking software preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure Valid driving credentials a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
