This role is responsible for coordinating roadside assistance calls, managing drivers, and ensuring efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask under pressure, and communicates clearly with both drivers and members. Duties Dispatch drivers to service calls quickly and efficiently Monitor call volume and assign jobs based on location and availability Communicate with drivers to ensure calls are accepted and completed in a timely manner Provide accurate ETAs and updates to members when needed Handle incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries professionally Track and update call statuses using company systems (TowBook, FSL, etc.) Escalate issues to management when necessary Ensure drivers are following company policies and procedures Maintain clear and accurate records of all calls and communications Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Requirements & Expectations Must maintain control of call flow and driver assignments at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with both drivers and members Follow company policies and management direction Keep operations efficient and minimize delays Report any issues or concerns immediately to management Why Join Angelo's Towing?
