MTL XPRESS INC

is hiring an experienced Reefer Dispatcher for both part-time and full-time positions. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of reefer freight, temperature-controlled loads, dispatch operations, and broker communication. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and able to handle drivers and loads efficiently. ### Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage reefer loads
• Communicate with brokers, customers, and drivers
• Monitor appointments, delays, detention, and layovers
• Track reefer temperatures and load requirements
• Handle load updates, paperwork, and scheduling
• Solve dispatch and driver issues professionally
• Maintain strong communication with drivers and customers
• Follow FMCSA and DOT regulations ### Requirements
• Experience in reefer dispatching required
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and freight market
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must speak and understand English
• Experience using load boards and dispatch systems
• Organized and able to work independently
• Sacramento area preferred ### Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with temperature-controlled freight
• Knowledge of broker and customer relations
