Independent Roadside Assistance Contractor (On-Demand / 24-7 Dispatch)

Obsidian Roadside & Recovery is actively seeking experienced, professional Independent Contractors to join our growing roadside assistance network. We are building a reliable, nationwide provider system focused on fast response times, high-quality service, and strong partnerships. If you already operate your own roadside service business and are looking for consistent dispatch opportunities , we want to work with you.

What You'll Do:

Respond to dispatched roadside service calls in your coverage area Provide services such as: Tire changes Jump starts Lockouts Fuel delivery Winch-outs (light duty) Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused service Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers

Requirements:

Must be an independent contractor (not an employee) Valid driver's license Active commercial insurance (required) Your own vehicle, tools, and equipment Prior roadside assistance or towing experience (preferred) Ability to accept jobs via phone/app and respond promptly Professional attitude and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing roadside or towing business Experience working with motor clubs or dispatch platforms (Agero, Allstate, etc.) Multi-service capability (lockouts, winch-outs, etc.) Wide service coverage area
