Vista, California Schedule:

Graveyard Off Duty Officers, Inc. is hiring Field Supervisors to manage its workforce and scheduling. Duties include monitoring our workforce management systems from our Vista office to ensure all scheduled guards have clocked in, taken required meal periods, and clocked out. Field Supervisors also use our systems to find coverage in the event of a call off or absence, communicate incidents, general issues, and guard attendance to our customers, and coordinate with management to provide necessary information, supplies, and uniforms to guards in the field. At times, Field Supervisors will be expected to leave the office and fill open posts, complete urgent tasks, and train guards at their assignment. This position is recommended as a stepping stone to advance into greater roles and provides superb supervisory and management experience. The ODO Management team is very involved and family oriented. Requirements:

Current and valid BSIS Security Guard License Current and valid Driver's License Clean driving record (maximum 1 point) 1-year of experience in the Security field Strong communication skills Flexibility and willingness take on greater responsibilities

Preferred:
