You'll manage dispatch, oversee payments and logistics, support risk management, and coordinate fleet and equipment needs — all critical to ensuring a seamless experience for our team and customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee daily dispatch and scheduling Process payments and handle supply adjustments Manage equipment, truck checks, and warehouse organization Coordinate crate tasks and in-home consultations (IHCs) Support risk management and safety initiatives Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Bookkeeper Assist with driver training and fleet maintenance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent multitasking and communication skills Dispatch or warehouse experience preferred Familiarity with risk management and fleet operations Ability to train drivers and use dispatch software Forklift certified or willing to get certified

SCHEDULE

Sunday:

8:00am•5:00pm

Monday, Thursday & Friday:

7:00am•3:30pm

Saturday:

11:00am•8:00pm (may finish early)

Tuesday & Wednesday:
