) Schedule and dispatch technicians utp 40 technicians to customer locations for service based on location, the skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines. Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer. Order necessary equipment for jobs Debrief Techs at the end of the day to ensure paperwork, pictures, and/or videos were completed and submitted. Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales team Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary. Prior dispatching experience for a service company is a PLUS. This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, must be a team player, and have the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to embrace change.
