Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service needs. Create and maintain accurate repair orders in the system. Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services, timelines, and costs. Coordinate work between customers and technicians to ensure timely service completion. Review and verify completed work orders for accuracy before closing. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-ups. Assist in scheduling service appointments and managing the daily workflow. Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for work to be performed. Monitor service progress and update customers on status. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies. Ensure a professional, clean, and organized service counter/work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Prior experience in a service writer, service advisor, or customer service role preferred. Automotive, commercial tire, or fleet service knowledge a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in basic computer applications and service management systems. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
