This position serves as the communication hub between drivers, parents, and schools to ensure safe and timely transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and monitor drivers for daily routes Answer incoming phone calls from parents, schools, and drivers Communicate route changes, delays, and emergencies Track vehicles using GPS and routing software Train drivers on transportation apps and company systems Maintain accurate logs and documentation Assist with scheduling substitute drivers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficient with computers, GPS systems, and mobile apps
Schedule:
Early mornings and afternoons aligned with school schedules.
