We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and route Service Technicians efficiently within a designated geographic area. This role is critical in ensuring productivity, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and route Service Technicians to service calls using dispatch management tools Optimize scheduling to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service quality Act as the primary point of contact for technicians in a specific territory Coordinate and cluster service calls to reduce travel time and improve performance Support technicians in meeting service commitments and customer expectations Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers regarding schedules and updates

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or restaurant management Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

Preferred Qualifications:
