RapidLift Medical Transportation RapidLift Medical Transportation is a family‑rooted, premium non‑emergency medical transportation company serving communities across Connecticut with dignity, compassion, and reliability. We are expanding our operations and seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Dispatcher who can help coordinate daily transportation schedules and ensure our clients receive timely, respectful service. About the Role The Dispatcher plays a central role in our operations — managing trip assignments, communicating with drivers, supporting clients, and ensuring every ride reflects RapidLift's commitment to safety, punctuality, and warm family‑style care . This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch daily transportation schedules for wheelchair, and livery trips Monitor driver locations, trip progress, and on‑time performance Communicate professionally with drivers, clients, facilities, and caregivers Handle inbound calls, schedule new trips, and update existing reservations Use dispatch software to assign rides, track vehicles, and document trip details Respond to delays, last‑minute changes, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation Support drivers with route guidance, facility instructions, and customer needs Uphold RapidLift's standards of dignity, compassion, and premium service Qualifications 1-2 years of dispatching, call center, or transportation coordination experience preferred Experience in NEMT, EMS, livery, or logistics dispatching is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent required Must be authorized to work in the United States What We're Looking For Someone who embodies RapidLift's values: Professionalism in every interaction Compassion for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families Reliability and commitment to on‑time service Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support drivers and clients Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think ahead Why Join RapidLift Family‑rooted company culture Growing organization with opportunities for advancement Meaningful work that directly supports community members Supportive leadership and a premium, professional environmentWork Location:
