Apopka, FL What You'll Do:

As a Dispatcher you'll be part of a small but mighty team that supports overnight operations at the Phoenix location . You'll monitor our local fleet, troubleshoot in real time, and help our 15 + drivers stay safe, on schedule, and in compliance. From reroutes to breakdowns, you'll be the connection between what's happening on the road and the decisions being made on the ground.

In This Role You'll:

Support drivers and transportation team Monitor GPS and fleet systems (e.g., Samsara, Descartes) for route progress, fuel use, and service time Troubleshoot routing issues and device errors, communicating next steps clearly Track and log overnight activity through reports, shift handoffs, and call documentation Escalate urgent issues to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and promote a culture of safety and service Debrief drivers and flag performance concerns as needed Yard & Route observations

What You'll Bring:

2+ years in transportation, dispatch, or logistics (food distribution preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills— especially under pressure Comfort working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with dispatch and tracking systems (Samsara, Coretex , Roadnet , etc.) Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Sharp attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and solve problems Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

The Schedule & Setting:

Full-time Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits:
