This is NOT a technical position . We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates confidently, stays calm under pressure, and can help keep our shop running efficiently throughout the day. If you enjoy multitasking, problem-solving, and coordinating people and workflow, we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Coordinate daily repair order dispatching to technicians Help manage workflow between main shop and express operations Monitor shop traffic and help prevent bottlenecks Prioritize waiting customers and time-sensitive repairs Communicate with advisors, technicians, and management throughout the day Track vehicle progress and help keep repairs moving efficiently Assist in balancing technician workload fairly and effectively Help maintain a smooth, organized, and productive shop environment What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Calm and professional under pressure Strong communication and decision-making ability Team-oriented mindset Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Ideal Backgrounds May Include Automotive porter or express coordinator Dispatching or logistics experience Restaurant kitchen expeditor Warehouse or operations coordinator Hospitality or high-volume scheduling roles Service advisor assistant Retail or operations management
