WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services to our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and scheduling inbound vendor deliveries and outbound customer orders using our company fleet. Managing driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and meet service level commitments. Verifying shipping documentation to align with customer requirements and expectations. Monitoring driver logs and vehicle data to maintain full DOT compliance. Communicating with customers regarding delivery inquiries and resolving any service-related concerns. Organizing and coordinating pickups from local vendors. Collaborating with operations to ensure smooth outbound shipments and internal transfers, adhering to company standards.

IS THIS YOU?

You may be a great fit for this role if you meet the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience (industrial supply industry preferred). High school diploma or GED required. Proven ability to manage logistics while ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and courteous in both written and verbal formats. Detail-oriented, especially in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and customer information. Comfortable working with internal departments, drivers, vendors, and customers alike.
