• Opportunities for growth within the company What You'll Do Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and job urgency Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance services to ensure timely completion Receive and process service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the system Assist with paperwork, preparing reports, and tracking company lead sources Support the Service Manager with ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed What You Bring Excellent phone and communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in basic math and computer skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred): Experience with ServiceTitan & Microsoft Office Knowledge of Residential Electric, HVAC, or Plumbing industries Ready to grow your career with a company that values your skills?
