With a strong focus on customer service, fast response times, and high-quality residential HVAC solutions, Jack Rabbit continues to expand across Florida with locations in Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala. We are currently hiring an HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Fort Myers office. This is a critical position responsible for managing inbound customer communication, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring a smooth experience from the initial service call through job completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and wants long-term growth within a rapidly expanding home services company. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and schedule HVAC service appointments Dispatch technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and technician availability Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and arrival times Coordinate with service technicians and sales teams throughout the day Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in the CRM/dispatch system Assist with rescheduling, follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and customer concerns Help maximize technician efficiency and daily call volume Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction Qualifications Previous HVAC, plumbing, home services, or dispatch experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced office environment Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Experience using ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software is a plus Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time position Opportunities for advancement and career growth Paid training Health benefits available PTO and paid holidays Supportive and energetic team environment
