We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and managing transportation operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal fleet utilization. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency with management systems, and a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient dispatching workflows, supporting freight operations, and enhancing overall dispatching workers planning. DISPATCHER
in Homestead Dispatching workers to various job locations Creating/Updating work orders Cutting and assigning tickets to employees Sending/Answering emails to clients/sales reps Assisting customers, sales reps, and workers with any inquiries Answering multi-line phone calls Data Entry Attention to Detail Paying tickets worked each day upon workers return from sites Assist as needed
Requirements :
Must be able to pass a Background Check Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be able to pass a Drug Screen Must be okay with working the split shift hours Monday- Friday and Saturdays. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Shift :
