Job Description

The Logistics Customer Support Representative is responsible for coordinating delivery and pickup activities, managing freight tracing, and addressing any service issues throughout the day. They serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal operations, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the transportation process. We are looking for an experienced individual who has exceptional Customer Service skills and is comfortable working in a

  • $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM

  • Perform prompt and complete data entry
  • Enter accurate customer orders in computer system
  • Monitor on-time performance for driver delivery and pick-up
  • Prepare tracking reports
  • Develop knowledge base of all customers
  • Develop relationships with all customers
  • Understand and abide by various customer requirements
  • Resolve customer problems promptly and efficiently
  • Understand the operations and rules of the various rail carriers and piers
  • Communicate with Dispatchers to avoid any problems with loads or transports and resolve any issues that may occur
  • Cooperate with Revenue Team to retain and/or develop business
  • Trace and monitor existing loads in the system to prevent problems from occurring
