Touchton Plumbing Contractors, Inc., a family-owned and operated company serving Jacksonville for over 30 years, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our growing service team. What You'll Do:
Answer incoming service calls and book jobs with a warm, professional, customer-first approach Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan, matching the right tech to each job Manage the dispatch board in real time, adjusting for cancellations, emergencies, and changing priorities Keep customers informed on arrival windows, updates, and follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan Coordinate closely with technicians and office staff to keep the day moving and capture every opportunity
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience (plumbing, HVAC, or trades preferred) Excellent phone presence and communication skills Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Comfortable using technology; experience with ServiceTitan (or a similar field-service platform) is a strong plus Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
