Hub:
Act as the central point of communication, dispatching calls to routes and ensuring drivers have everything they need to succeed.
Optimize & Improve:
Work closely with routing specialists to find the most efficient paths, saving time and resources.
Solve Problems Before They Start:
Proactively identify potential delivery or pickup issues and resolve them before they impact the customer. Collaborate for
Quality:
Partner with Maintenance, Sales, and Operations to ensure a seamless workflow and a "one-team" culture.
Daily Leadership:
Perform driver check-ins, review paperwork for accuracy, and assist in determining staffing levels to maximize responsiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Experience:
1-2 years in transportation, dispatch, or high-volume customer service.
Communication:
Elite interpersonal skills; you must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, and two-way radio.
Prioritization:
A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Education:
High school diploma required (post-secondary education is a definite plus). The "Plus"
