Ocean Cleaning Weekend Dispatch & Operations Coordinator - Vacation Rental Turnover Company $20/hour | Saturdays & Sundays , 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (depending on workload) This is a coordination/dispatch role managing communication between property managers and cleaning teams — not a cleaning position. About Us Ocean Cleaning Service is a professional vacation rental turnover company serving coastal Florida properties. We work with property managers to ensure rentals are cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready on time. We're hiring a dependable Weekend Operations Coordinator to manage communication, coordinate cleaning operations, and keep weekend turnovers running smoothly. This role combines phone coordination, scheduling, and regular hands-on operational work . When call volume is light, you will be actively packing linen bags, washing and folding towels and cleaning rags, and organizing supplies for field teams. What This Role Looks Like (Day to Day) This role is primarily dispatch and coordination support for field operations.
Core responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and communicate with property managers Handle cleaner questions and real-time job support Add cleans, updates, and notes into the scheduling system Coordinate call-backs, new cleans, and schedule changes Resolve issues quickly and professionally as they arise During slower call periods (ongoing operational work): Pack linen and supply bags for cleaners Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and cleaning rags Deliver supplies or urgent items to cleaners when needed Maintain organization of supplies and workflow support What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Basic computer/smartphone skills (scheduling + notes systems) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance Able to lift and move laundry/supply bags regularly Independent, solution-focused mindset Preferred experience: Dispatch, scheduling, hospitality, property management, cleaning companies, healthcare admin, or similar roles involving client + field coordination
Work Schedule Saturdays & Sundays:
