• Part-time, Full-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative Our company is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to serve as the communication hub between customers, owner operators, and management.

This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, coordinating dispatch operations, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is seeking a long-term opportunity. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling. Coordinate and dispatch owner operators efficiently. Verify customer information and job details. Follow up with customers regarding questions or service issues. Assist with invoicing and collection of payments when needed. Maintain organized records and documentation. Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and management.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude and attention to detail. Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred. Long-term commitment desired.
