Job Description

Are you a driven, organized professional with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing electrical service team. POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a salaried position with commission earning potential, offering the opportunity to grow with an established electrical services company. You'll be the vital link between our customers, technicians, and suppliers — keeping operations running smoothly from first call to final invoice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls, book service appointments, and dispatch field technicians Manage lead generation and appointment booking across multiple online platforms Handle professional email and text communications with technicians, material suppliers, and customers Process invoices and collaborate with technicians to finalize customer documentation Maintain accurate records and follow up on open opportunities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical service industry Dynamic, self-motivated salesperson with a proven track record Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technology platforms Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree a plus
