Dispatcher

Job Description:

Flamingo Towing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Towing Dispatcher to coordinate daily towing operations and ensure timely, efficient service. The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers to towing, recovery, and roadside service calls Communicate clearly with drivers regarding locations, job details, and updates Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service Enter, update, and manage calls in the dispatch system Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with shops, yards, and vehicle owners Verify unit readiness, releases, and payment requirements Monitor driver status, ETAs, and job completion Resolve issues or delays and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records, invoices, and daily reports

Qualifications:

Previous dispatch or towing industry experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
