Call-by-Call Manager / Dispatch Coordinator Action Roofing Services Ocala, Florida About Action Roofing Services Action Roofing Services is a rapidly growing residential roofing company serving homeowners throughout Florida. With operations expanding across multiple markets, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and a streamlined sales experience from the initial appointment through project completion. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Call-by-Call Manager / Dispatch Coordinator to support our sales operations across the Ocala, Tampa, and Pensacola branches. Position Overview The Call-by-Call Manager / Dispatch Coordinator will work closely with sales representatives and company leadership to coordinate appointments, confirm customer meetings, manage lead dispositions, and maintain communication throughout the sales process. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational consistency, improving customer follow-up, and maximizing lead conversion opportunities across multiple Florida markets. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable managing a high volume of communication in a fast-paced home services environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily communication with roofing sales representatives across the Ocala, Tampa, and Pensacola branches Confirm appointments with homeowners prior to scheduled meetings Follow up with customers regarding appointment status, reschedules, and next steps Track and disposition inbound and outbound leads within the CRM system Ensure all sales activity, appointment outcomes, and customer notes are properly documented Work closely with management to monitor lead flow, appointment performance, and sales activity Assist with scheduling adjustments and routing coordination as needed Re-engage stalled opportunities and support lead follow-up efforts Maintain communication between field sales reps, office staff, and customers throughout the sales cycle Support reporting related to appointments, lead status, and sales KPIs Help enforce consistency and accountability across the sales process Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, inside sales coordination, customer service, or call center operations preferred Home services industry experience (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or construction) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent phone communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with CRMs, scheduling systems, and sales tracking platforms Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Career advancement opportunities within a growing company Full-time position Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Location Based in Ocala, Florida Supports operations across Ocala, Tampa, and Pensacola branches Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday, with additional flexibility as business needs require
