What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Schedule service and maintenance appointments Optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency & minimal drive time Communicate with technicians to ensure on-time arrivals Match the right technician to the right job Confirm upcoming appointments Make "Happy Calls" after service to ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Input and update customer information in dispatching software Manage maintenance agreements and scheduling Order parts and coordinate job needs Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Apple/Mac familiarity is a plus) Ability to learn dispatching software quickly Team player who works well with others Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations

Requirements:

Clean background (no criminal history) Must pass drug screening HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus—but NOT required. We will train the right person. Growth Opportunities This is more than just a job.
