ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business. ABC Supply Interiors is looking for a success-driven Dispatch Coordinator to assist with customer product orders, scheduling deliveries and preparing delivery routes.

Specific duties may include:

Coordinating deliveries with sales team and customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction Working closely with warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery Managing delivery equipment to ensure safe operations and compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulations Making sure that trucks fall within standard weight limits for each vehicle Assessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate delivery vehicles Resolving vehicle safety issues Keeping customers informed of delivery status S chedule delivers stockers make sure yard personnel have orders pulled and ready for shipment Specific qualifications include: Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in stressful situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously Previous dispatch experience is strongly preferred Positive attitude and team player Benefits may include: Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket 401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested Employer paid employee assistance program Employer paid short term and long term disability Employer paid life insurance Flex spending Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.
