Logistics & Dispatch Manager Southwest Ranches Farmers Market Southwest Ranches, FL Job Details Full-time $1,200 a week 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Operational analysis Packing Cost control Route planning Dispatching Full Job Description •Apply only if you are available to work on weekends• The Logistics & Dispatch Manager owns end-to-end fulfillment and transportation operations for Southwest Ranches Farmers Market. This role oversees all drivers, vans, routes, orders, and delivery efficiency, ensuring all in-store pick-ups, route pick-ups, CSA memberships, and delivery memberships are fulfilled accurately, on time, and profitably. This position serves as the operational command center for all logistics. Driver & Fleet Oversight Supervise and manage all drivers Assign drivers to routes and weekly schedules Ensure driver professionalism, readiness, and route compliance Oversee all company vans including availability, cleanliness, and readiness Coordinate vehicle maintenance, fueling, and basic inspections Monitor driver performance and route execution Act as first point of contact for driver issues during routes Route Planning, Dispatch & Efficiency Own and manage all delivery and pick-up routes

First Saturday of every month Plan, dispatch, and optimize routes weekly Ensure maximum route efficiency by time, cost, and capacity Track order volume per route and adjust allocations Manage real-time route changes and issue resolution Ensure all orders are completed as scheduled Order, Inventory & Fulfillment Control Oversee all orders placed through the website Enforce order cutoff deadline: Tuesday at 9:00 AM Verify order accuracy and quantities by route Coordinate inventory checks with vendors and internal teams Prevent overselling and inventory shortages Ensure all boxes are packed, labeled, and sorted correctly by route CSA & Membership Fulfillment Manage all CSA memberships and delivery memberships Ensure recurring orders are fulfilled correctly and consistently Track member preferences, substitutions, and special requests Coordinate skips, changes, or adjustments when needed In-Store & Route Pick-Up Operations Coordinate all in-store and route pick-ups Prepare detailed pick-up lists by location and route Ensure smooth hand-offs at all pick-up points Confirm completion of all pick-ups and deliveries Customer Service & Issue Resolution Act as lead contact for logistics-related customer issues Resolve missing items, delays, and order discrepancies Communicate professionally with customers when required Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions Reporting, Accountability & Optimization Track and report route efficiency and order accuracy Monitor driver performance and delivery costs Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities Support SOP creation and scalable logistics processes Collaborate with leadership on growth and optimization strategies
