Key Responsibilities Receive and coordinate incoming service requests from clients. Create, schedule, and manage work orders from start to completion. Dispatch technicians and subcontractors efficiently. Communicate daily with property managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel. Coordinate schedules, service dates, and emergency work requests. Process change orders and obtain customer approvals. Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time. Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, notes, and project records. Assist with estimates, proposals, and follow-up on pending opportunities. Coordinate quality control inspections and customer satisfaction. Support onboarding of new subcontractors and maintain operational systems. Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer service. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Previous experience in dispatching, construction, property management, or service coordination preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems.
