High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Route & Field Coordination:
Dispatch daily routes, assign jobs, and coordinate drivers and field staff to ensure on-time, efficient service delivery.
Operations Support:
Manage daily logistics, schedules, and administrative tasks serving county residents.
Service Tracking:
Maintain operational schedules, track incoming service calls, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
Documentation & Billing:
Securely handle confidential records, customer billing updates, and compliance documentation.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent internal and external customer service, resolving service-related issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dispatching, route coordination, logistics, or municipal service operations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
