We work hard, move fast, and still manage to have a little fun along the way. The Role We're looking for a sharp, organized HVAC Dispatcher who can keep the day on track without breaking a sweat. You'll be the behind-the-scenes quarterback making sure our technicians are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Good news:

this is not a call center role. You won't be stuck answering inbound service calls all day. Your focus is dispatching, scheduling, and supporting the field team. What You'll Be Doing Dispatch and schedule HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and install jobs Monitor routes and adjust schedules in real time to keep things efficient Coordinate directly with technicians throughout the day (you're their go-to) Confirm appointments and keep customers updated as needed Prioritize urgent calls and juggle changes without letting anything fall through the cracks Keep job details, notes, and schedules accurate and up to date Work closely with the office team to keep operations running smoothly What Makes You a Great Fit You're organized, quick-thinking, and don't get rattled when things get busy Strong communication skills—you can keep techs and customers on the same page Experience in dispatching or home services (HVAC is a big plus) Comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software (Service Titan) You like solving problems and making things run better What You'll Get Competitive pay based on experience Benefits and paid time off A solid team that has your back A role where you actually make an impact every single day Why This Job Is Different You're not here to answer phones nonstop—you're here to run the board.
